Every active member of each project can log in at anytime to review or assess the CAD files. All site users are given their own user name and password to ensure the privacy of the project is respected and all actions are tracked and recorded individually.

Clients are able to independantly keep track of the levels of work by simply logging on with individual user names and passwords. Clients can also set tasks, update timelines and approve time sheets accordingly and every change is also represented clearly by author and time.

Where required actual CAD files can also be accessed online as well.

To date Granite has proved highly efficient and cost effective, reducing the need to deliver drawings from office to office for mark ups, alterations and signatures, improving communication and reducing printing costs.
